My second special for vegetarians is salt and pepper tofu. Fried tofu in panko crumbs, then deep fried until crispy. Tossed with garlic, bell pepper, onion and spices. Then topped with a garlic shallot crumble, green onions and served with homemade Korean cucumber kimchi.
